Do you offer custom design items?

Yes, custom design items are offered for clothing items only. We do not offer individual patches not attached to a clothing item. A $35 design fee is charged for each custom design concept and is required to be paid upfront. The total cost of your item will vary depending on design and clothing item selected. Please contact us info@theonlystandard.com to discuss your next design.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Embroidered items are produced when ordered* and will ship in approx. 14 business days** via USPS mail, subject to product availability. Custom group orders will ship within 3-6 weeks depending on the order quantity. Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers are emailed when orders are shipped.

The Only Standard is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, strikes, or general delays within the corporate USPS systems. Additionally, we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout, lost or stolen packages, items damaged during shipping or upon opening.

*Orders placed after 5:00PM PST will be processed the next business day. 
**Excludes weekends and holidays. 

How do I return / exchange an item?

Due to COVID-19, returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this time. We thank you for your understanding. 

The Only Standard will gladly accept regularly priced, unworn and unused merchandise for exchange only, pending stock availability. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email (info@theonlystandard.com) for authorization within five (5) calendar days of receiving merchandise. The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that show evidence of wear or alteration
  • Personalized items
  • Sale priced items
  • Group orders

How do I know what size I am?

Sizing will vary by supplier. Please read the product description for sizing recommendations.

Do you offer additional sizes not listed on your website?

Yes, additional sizes, including youth sizes and sizes up to 5XL are available and vary by style. Please contact us if you need a size not listed.

Can I make changes to my order?

In an effort to deliver your merchandise to you as quickly as possible once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to sizes or cancel orders. Please make sure all of your information is correct before processing your order.
