Returns / Exchanges
Due to COVID-19, returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this time. We thank you for your understanding.
The Only Standard will gladly accept regularly priced, unworn and unused merchandise for exchange only, pending stock availability. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email (info@theonlystandard.com) for authorization within five (5) calendar days of receiving merchandise.
Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (5) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until the original purchase is received in the original condition.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. This includes the return shipping cost back to us and the return shipping cost from us back to the customer. Shipment tracking is recommended in case an item is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Items that show evidence of wear or alteration
- Personalized/custom items
- Sale priced items
- Group Orders
Any merchandise received after the five (5) calendar day grace period, or laundered, worn, and/or altered will be returned to the customer.

Notice of Defects
Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer must notify us in writing to info@theonlystandard.com within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the merchandise of any defects. Failure to notify us within five (5) days of merchandise receipt will constitute a waiver of any claim customer may have for damages resulting from such defects.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns of merchandise for exchange that has been laundered, worn, and/or altered in any manner.
